add_dataset description

Google Genomics lets you organize your genomic data into datasets and decide whether to share the data or keep it private. A dataset is a logical grouping of genomic data and analysis associated with your cloud project. For example, you might create a dataset that consists of aligned reads and variant calls from the 1000 Genomes project. Data access permissions are set at the dataset level. A dataset can be public or private, meaning access is restricted to the cloud project members. Before you can import DNA sequence reads, you must first create a dataset. You will need the dataset ID when you import reads.
